Hi, I’m Sean Fenn and I’m the manager of the Roman Rangers Under 11's Jaguars team.

I first became involved with Roman Rangers as a parent when my son joined Jaguars U8 in the 2017-2018 season. Following the departure of the teams coach at the end of the season I complete my FA level 1 Coaching Course and became the team manager for the 2018-2019 season.

Enjoying my experience of coaching and seeing the club's growth within the community led me to join the clubs committee as Registration Officer in late 2019.

I believe grassroots football is not only important to keep our children engaged in sport but also to develop social skills and confidence.
